Where do you ship?
We're excited to bring our gracefully untamed styles to customers throughout the United States with our shipping services. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does an order take to arrive?
Expect your Gracefully Untamed Boutique LLC order to arrive within 5~10 business day. This estimate includes our 1-5 processing period and 2-5 business da delivery timeframe provided by USPS Priority Mail. Please note these are estimates and may occasionally vary with delays with weather, location and holiday.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
While we strive for timely deliver, sometimes delays can occur with USPS. If your Gracefully Untamed Boutique LLC order does not arrive within the 5~10 business days, please notify us with your order number via email @ support@gracefullyuntamedboutique.com. We will initiate a investigation with your order. Tracking information will also be emailed with order confirmation emails.

What items are eligible for return?
We want you to love your Gracefully Untamed Boutique LLC purchases! Therefore, we acc returns on full-priced products that are in their original tags still attached. For hygiene purposes and clearenc reason, all sale items and any items that have been washed are final sale and not eligible for return.

How much is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us. Email support@gracefullyuntamedboutique.com with your order number to assure you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchang.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it for a refund, please note that our standard return policy requires the original purchaser to initiate the return process.
This is because refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase to process a return for a refund on a gifted item, the person who bought the group will need to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation and complete the return.
While we understand this may require coordination with the gift giver, this policy insurance a refund is processed correctly and securely.
